Steamed Egg Cake / Huat Kueh by Sandy Tok

Steamed Egg Cake 鸡蛋糕3 eggs
300g plain flour
200g castor sugar
200ml ice cream soda
pinch of salt

Beat eggs + sugar till firm white
fold in flour and salt and mix
Pour inside basket lay wif greaseproof sheet. steam on high fire for abt 30 min

Huat Kueh 发糕140 gm gula melaka
100 ml water
* cook together until sugar melts. leave to cool

250gm self raising flour
150 ml coconut milk
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredient till smooth and steam for 45 min or until kueh is cooked
