Potato Cauliflower purée (Puree De Chou-Fleur) by Anna Tan



Ratio Potato to Veggie is 1:2 or 1:3

250 gram potato
500 gram cauliflower
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp salted butter
Pinch sea salt
Parsley
crashed Black pepper

Boil the potatoes for 30mins and cauliflower 10 mins, separately.

Once cook, drain and put into food processor .

In a pot, melt the 3 tbsp salted butter, pour in the purée, add in the milk and season with salt and pepper/ parsley. Stir well and prevent burning!

Serve hot!!!

Adjust the texture till your own liking. The ratio is just a guide. Happy trying!
