Minced beef and onion pie by Lotta Karlsson

Make 3-4 individual pies

400g minced lean beef
1 puff pastry sheet ( i use frozen)
1 large onion (red or yellow) chopped or sliced
1-2 tbsp plain flour
2-3 dl beef stock
black pepper to taste ( i like a lot)

Roll pastry to 2 mm thick, line your cases with this. Chill in fridge.
Make your beef mixture. Fry beef and onion until golden. Add flour and stock slowly and stir until smooth. Cook for about 15-20 minutes. Let mixture cool down before you put into cases. When filled use the rest of pastry to make lids for your pies. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes oven on 190-200 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes, parsley sauce and a green vegetable.
