Prawn Fritters by May Chong

500g(about 30pcs)medium sized prawns
1 egg white, 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn flour

1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt, 100ml water

1. Shell prawns and keep the tails. Remove vein and pat dry.
2. Combine prawns with marinade anf mix well. Chill in the fridge for 10 mins.
3. Dip prawns in batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish up and serve.
