Aiyu Jelly With Lemon And Longan by Rita Ng



Ingredients
1. A packet of Aiyu Jelly
2. 1 lemon 1/2 slice it and 1/2 squeeze into juice
3. 1 can of Longan
4. 1 tsp honey

Method
1. In a medium heated pot, add 500 ml of water and the Aiyu Jelly Powder. Cook till done.
2. Once cooked , pour into a bowl and put it to set in the fridge at least 2 -3hrs. I put 4 hrs.
3. In another bowl, add the lemon juice and honey.
4. Then cut the Aiyu Jelly after set in cube. Add to the lemon mixture.
5. Pour in the can of longan and add some ice to it.
6. Lastly display the slice lemon on top.
7. Put back into the fridge for about 15 mins.
8. Now you are ready for a bowl of yummy, cool Aiyu Jelly longan lemon honey dessert!
