Sweet Potatoes & Tapioca Soup by Wanda Heah

1. Cut yam & sweet potatoes to small cubes. Set aside for steaming for 10-15 mins till soft.
2. Boil colorful tapioca cubes till becomes transparent. Put aside.
3. Boiled a pot of 1 litre water with Pandan leaves.
4. Add all ingredients with coconut milk & stired gently.
5. Add sugar to sweeten. Depends how sweet you preferred.
6. Turn to medium fire & boiled for 10 mins.

Voila! Ready to serve! Hot or cold
