Crispy/spicy tofu by Rontree Chan



 ~ 1 block of firm pressed tofu, cut into 8 square pcs abt 12mm Thick.
(i used unicurd brand) tap with kitchen towel to dry it.
~ coating for the tofu ( equal amount of plain flour and corn flour, + salt + freshly ground pepper + dried chilli flakes.
~ Usually the tofu will still wet as there will be little water coming out from the tofu. Coat the tofu with seasoned flour and sent to deep fry.
~ When golden brown, remove and set aside.

Pan fry some prawns with butter and minced garlic, set aside.

Prepare a chilli mayo to assemble the prawn and tofu.
~ 4 TBsp of Mayo, 1 TBsp of condense milk + 1 TBsp of garlic chilli ( or can use sambal chilli) + 1 Tsp of lemon juice. ~mix well together.

To plate, place a dollop of chilli mayo on the tofu. Topped with a prawn and garnish with a coriander leave.
