Ingredients :
- 200g sugar free or unsweetened soy milk
- 50g spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp chicken powder
- pinch of salt and sugar
Method :
~pour soy milk, spinach, seasoning into blender and blend.
~mix in eggs and continue blend to well combine.
~sieve the mixture thru a strainer into steaming container.
~cover with cling film.
~tune down the fire to medium low heat after water is boiled.
~steam for ard 15-20mins depending on your tofu height.
~half way the process can tilt the lid to open a small gap to prevent too much steam inside causing too many vapour droplets.
~after done, let it cool for 5 mins.
~can cut cube shape or round shape like mine using cookie cutter.
