Ingredients:
1 can cream corn
2 cups coconut milk / cream I use coconut milk
2/3 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
Method:
Put cream corn, coconut milk/ cream and sugar in pot and warm up
Take abt 1/2 cup mix to the yolk than mix all together (temper the yolk). Heat all up than transfer to air tight container and let totally cool.
Make sure it really cool before putting into freezer or you'll get the ice crystals.
Coconut milk take longer time to freeze, cream is faster.
