The tofu, I used Japanese egg tofu, cut into six per pcs, then dig the center. Stuffed minced meat, prawns n remaining tofu with a bit of salt n pepper, add spring onion too. Then stuff or rather put on top of the tofu n steam. Stuck wofberries into the fillings. As for the sauce, tat one I can't help u. I steamed my chick wings, tats the sauce in the plate, add salt n sesame oil n a bit of soy sauce, sieve it n pour onto the tofu, then steam for abt 15 mins on medium fire.
