Durian Ice Cream by Gina Chan



Ingredients:
300g durian ( remove seed )
400g whip cream

50g sweet condense milk

Method:
Blend the durian in a mixer into puree.
Add condense milk to the durian puree n mix well.
Whip the cream.
Fold in the cream.
Pour into a container. N freeze for at least 5 to 6 hour.
After 1 hr take out to break the ice crystal with a fork n put back to freezer.
Contiune to do tis for every 45 mins to n hour to get a smoother texture.
( i do it for 5 times )
