Prima Black Pepper Shepherd Pie by Yiman Eng

2 White onions (cut into cube size)
3 cloves of garlic (minced it)
2 Celery Stalk( cut into small cube)
1 Carrots (cut into small cubes)
1 tsp of Mixed herbs
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of dark soya sauce
3 tsp of corn flour mix with 3 tbsp of water
1 pkt of Prima Black pepper sauce
500gm of Minced Chicken meat
(Marinate with salt, freshly grind black pepper)

~Add olive oil to pan, while is hot added the cubed onions n once turn transulcent add garlic n the celery n carrots. Stir fried for few min.
~Add marinated chicken meat n cooked till all meats turn white n v slight brown.
~Add the prima black pepper sauce
~Add the dark soya sauce n adding in the corn mixtures.
Stir fried till starchy n set aside.

Whipped potatoes~6 Russel Potatoss
~ 3 tbsp of unsalted
~ 90ml Full cream milk
~ 1/2 tsp of seasalt

Boiled the potatoes in water till fork able to poke through. While is hot, peeled the skin off.
Put in a metal bowl with all the ingreds n mashed till smooth. Set aside

To assemblePrepare your baking pots, layer with thick layer of meat sauce n press it neatly. Follow by the whipped potatoes. You can score with a fork.
Bake it in a preheated oven of 180degrees for 35min.
Served while is hot.
