Baked Salted Egg Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries by Colleen Teo

This easy recipe for Baked Salted Egg Parmesan Sweet Potato 🍠 Fries 🍟 will blow you away with its simplicity and fantastic flavor! These make a great side dish or appetizer for parties!

1 large sweet potato, sliced into thick strips
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons Italian Mixed Herbs
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1.Preheat oven to 200c. Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
2.Place potato strips in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. In a small bowl whisk together Knorr salt egg powder, garlic powder, Pinch of salt and mixed Italian herbs.
3.Sprinkle sweet potato strips with the shredded cheese, tossing to coat, then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
4.Place sweet potato strips on prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin-sides-down. Bake for 25 minutes until sweet potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
