12 - 16 pieces mid-joint chicken wings
4 teaspoons shrimp paste
2 tablespoons light soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon shaoxing wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon ginger juice
Wash and clean the chicken wings.
Mix the sauce well. Beat the egg and add to the mix. Combine them well and add chicken wings into it. Marinate the wings by leaving it in the fridge for 3 hrs or overnight for better taste.
Place the wings onto the airfryer tray and airfried at 180°C for 15 minutes turning once halfway.
Place the chicken wings onto paper towels after air frying and transfer them onto a serving plate and enjoy!
