Tomato Salsa by Joyce Tan


2 box Cherry Tomato, quartered
1 White Onion, diced finely
1/2 clove or 4-5 individual pieces of Garlic, grind to paste
20 leaves of Mint, roll up then chop
1 bunch Parsley, chopped up including stems
2 Lemon, juice only
Some Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder or Tobasco to your tastebud


Cut tomato first, set aside in a bowl.

Prep the rest of the ingredients in the container you're be serving the salsa.

Before combining the tomato in, pour away excess fluid from the tomato bowl.

Gently combine and dont over mix into smoothie 😂 Chill in fridge for at least an hour for flavor to come together.

Gently mix again and taste, if need can add salt pepper, before serving with Tortilla chips. Highly recommend the cup shaped ones, purple bag abt $4-5 at NTUC.
