Cucumber & Pineapple Salad by Jennie Grace Eu‎

1 cucumber - seeded and sliced
3 pieces pineapples sliced
1/2 carrot sliced thinly
1 small onion sliced finely
2 red chilli padi sliced thinly

Marinate Sauce
5 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of white sugar
2 limes squeezed

Whisk the marinate sauces together in a mixing bowl until sugar are dissolved.

Toss the ingredients in the mixing bowl of marinate sauces and combine them well.

Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight in the fridge
