3-4 Potatoes (depends on many balls you want to make and how many pax)
Minced beef (more or less as you like)
1 large Onion (chopped)
Spring onions/Soup leaves (chopped)
1 egg yolk
A dash of salt to taste (opt)

1) Peel and cut small the potatoes. Fry and toast it.
2) Fry minced meat. Lay aside.
3)In a large bowl, add fried potatoes, minced beef, onions, soup leaves, spring onions and egg yolk and salt if you want. Mashed and mixed all the ingredients in the bowl.
4) Make balls and flatten it. Dipped it in egg white or beaten egg.
5) Fry till golden brown and toast.
6)Taa-Daa... Done!!
