Vegetables Fritters by Jeannie Lee‎

Ingredients

100gm cabbage - shredded thinly
1 cup beansprouts
10 to 12 pcs French beans - slice thinly
1 carrot - shredded thinly
2 stalks spring onion - finely chopped
1 egg
30gm rice flour
10gm corn flour/potato starch
130ml water

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/4tsp sesame oil
1 clove chopped garlics

Method

Mixed all the chopped/sliced vegetables with the seasoning
Prepare flour batter with water. Add all the vegetables into the batter.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, scoop about 1tbsp vegetables batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with dipping sauce/chilli
