Fried Bean curd with Minced Pork by Jeannie Lee‎

2 pieces bean curd
200gm minced Pork
3 small chopped garlics

Marinate minced pork with salt, light soy sauce, pepper n sesame oil
Deep fry bean curd till golden brown. Cut and set aside.
Heat pan with some oil, fragrant chopped garlics. Add in marinated minced pork and fry till almost cook. Add 1 tsp cornstarch with little water and add into minced pork. Fry till minced pork cooked and pour over the bean curd.
Ready to serve.
