Egg Tou foo with Minced Meat by Flora Ng S W


Ingredients

1 tube Egg Toufoo
Mince Pork (I estimate)
Mince Garlice (est)
Seasoning
1 tsp of light soya sauce
1 tsp of corn flour
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of dark soya sauce
Pepper

Method

Season mince pork with soya sauce, sesame oil, corn flour n pepper.

Slice egg toufoo into eigths.

Heat oil in wok n put tou foo to fry till golden brown n scoop out n set aside.

Heat wok with some oil n add mince garlic n fry till fragrant then add mince pork to fry till 1/2 cooked.

Then add dark soya sauce n mix well then add some water n finally add in toufoo n a pinch of salt. Stir n mix well.

Ready to serve.
