Chicken Soup by Christine Tan

2 chicken thighs (cut half)
3 chicken drumsticks (cut half)
3 big bowls of water
4 small potatoes (peeled & chopped bite size)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 thin slices of ginger

Shabu shoulder pork (250gm) add only once the above ingredients are fully cooked
6 prawns (add this last)

Add all ingredients in the boiling water (except shoulder pork and prawns)..
When potatoes and chicken are cooked..add in shabu shoulder pork and cook for fire and add in prawns. Cover lid for 3mins and serve hot.
