Wasabi prawns with mango salsa by Wendy Tay

8-10 large prawns
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 egg white
Marinate the prawns all above.
Coat the marinated prawns with corn flour, deep fry with hot oil.
Then mix immediately into wasabi mayo sauce.

Wasabi mayo sauce2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp condensed milk
Mango Salsa
1 mango
1/2 onion
1/2 red and green capsicum
1 tomatoes
1 lime
abit of cilantro leaves
1 tsp honey
method put the dice mango onion capsicum cilantro in bowl
toss with lime juice add salt n honey to taste.
