Sambal chilli Tomato prawns by Christine Tan

4 medium yellow onions
14 tiger prawns
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sambal belachan (any brand)
7 - 9 tablespoon tomato sauce (HEINZ)
600ml water

Heat wok
Add oil
Panfry sliced onions until abt 70% cooked
Add water..add sugar..
Add pepper.. add tomato sauce and belachan chilli and well
Onions should be 90% cooked by now..
Add in sesame oil and stir well
Add in prawns and cook till it turned red/cooked
Off fire and serve hot
