Claypot Tomato Soup by May Chong

Ingredients
Tomato(cut pieces)
Sweet corn( cut pieces)
Carrot(cut pieces)
Baby sweet corn(cut pieces)
White burnashimeji mushroom
Loin meat(cut slide,marinade with some ginger juice)
3-4 thin slice ginger

Seasoning
Salt
Shaoxing wine

Method
1. Heat up oil in claypot.
2. Stir-fry ginger till fragrant, add in meat till cooked.
3. Add in burnashimeji mushroom, stir-fry till fragrant.
4. Add in carrots and tomato, stir-fry tomato till soft.
5. Pour in some water, add in all sweet corns, cover with lid till boiled.
6. Cook with small heat until the soup thicken.
7. Add in salt and shoaling wine, serve.
