Roselle Jam by Jensie Tan


Ingredients
30 pcs of fresh roselle 
100gm of sugar 
1 tbsp of strawberries jamb(optional) 
1 tbsp of lemon juice 
1 tsp of maltose 

Method 
Use 50 ml of water to boil roselle 
Strain off the water n add in sugar n maltose n stir well then leave aside 
Remove roselle seed n use scissor to cut into tiny pcs 
Add the roselle into water n add in lemon juice n give a good stir 

PS: If want more fine texture u may blend the roselle.
