Pork Big Bones with Chestnuts Soup by Helen Kwek



1 Kg of Pork Big Bones
(Abt 5 to 7 pcs depend on the size of bones)
200 - 250g of Dried Chestnuts

**For Steaming**
First wash all the ingredients & put the ingredients into the ceramic pot & add in water. Water level depend on how much you & ur family want to drink. I always added water to almost full pot and put the ceramic pot into a big pot to steam for 2 to 2-1/2 hrs Using small fire) and is ready to be serve. Don't need to add any salt or light sauce. The soup will be very tasty! As you see these big bones had not much meat. U just eat the Gel like u eating Tulang.

**For those who want to use Slow Cooker**
First wash all the ingredients & put the ingredients into the slow cooker to cook for 6-7hrs and is ready to be serve. No need to add any salt or light sauce. But u have to take longer time to cook only.

For those who want to use Pressure Cooker**
First wash all the ingredients & put the ingredients into the Pressure Cooker to cook for 1-1/2hrs and is ready to be serve. No need to add any salt or light sauce.
