Orange Chiffon Cake by Chris Ng


A
5 yolks
50g castor sugar
50 g oil 
80 ml coconut milk 
1t baking powder
1/8 t salt 
1 TB orange juice
85g cake flour

Mix all together till well incorporated. Set aside

B
5 whites 
50g castor sugar 
1/2 t tartar
Beat till soft peak

Mix A n B together till well incorporated. I use my hand.
Pour into 23 cm tin and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 mins then at 150 degrees for another 25-30mins.
When tested done I off the switch and open the oven a bit for 10 mins then take out the cake and invert.

Note
Different ovens work differently. My oven is Electrolux and I bake on the lowest shelf.
