Mini Eggs Tarts by Jeannie Lee

2 eggs
60gm sugar
150ml water
40ml fresh milk

Boil sugar n water till dissolve. Leave to cool.
Whisk eggs then add in sugar syrup n fresh milk.
Sieve egg mixture twice.
Pour egg mixture into egg tarts shell about 90% filled.
Bake in preheated oven at temp 190degC for 20mins and adjust temp to 210deg C for 5mins to char the top.

I bought the egg tarts shells from PH. These tarts shells are kept in the fridge in PH.
