Egg Tofu with Minced Pork and Salted Egg Yolk by Jeannie Lee‎


I used the round egg tofu, either buy from market or supermarkets.
I seasoned the minced pork with some light soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil n cornflour. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Boil salted egg and mashed the salted egg yolk. Mixed the salted egg yolk with minced pork.
Cut egg tofu, scoop a little of the minced pork mixture and put on top of the tofu, put a few Wolfberry on top of the minced pork.
Steamed tofu for about 10mins on medium fire till pork is cooked.
Eat while it is hot!
