For praline - I followed exactly

For the sauce, do half the recipe

As for the ice-cream
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup full cream milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence (to cover the milky taste)

Use 1/2 cup of milk, warm it, mix in sugar. Let cool n add into the balance of milk n whipping cream n essence. Freeze for 1/2 hr. Churn in the ice-cream maker for abt 30mins.
