Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower by Michelle Heng

Ingredients
400g cauliflower florets
40g melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper (to taste)
8 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley

Method
1. Cut the cauliflower florets to about 1 cm thick horizontally. Wash and drain.
2. Toss the florets well with melted butter, olive oil, salt & pepper.
3. Transfer the florets onto a baking tray, in a single layer.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 deg C for 40mins.
5. Remove from oven, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese and parsley onto the florets then bake a further 5-8mins or until the cheese melts and slightly crusty.
6. Serve hot and bon appetite!
