Kung pao chicken by Zann Teo


500 gram chicken fillet
Capsicum
Green Pepper
Slices of ginger
Chopped garlic
Sliced big onion
Sweet sauce
Dark sauce
Sugar
Black vinegar

Slice the chicken marinate with light sauce , sesame oil , cornflour for about half hour .
Then stir fry the chicken with garlic till 80 percent cook .
Take out leave aside .

Use a bowl add , sugar , dark sauce , sweet sauce , black vinegar mix well. Add water and stir well . Not too much .
Same wok add oil stir fry ginger and garlic n big onion till fragrant . Add the green pepper , capsicum stir well add the sauce in . Stir well n taste . Add the chicken in and cook . Last add cornflour with water to thicken it . Top with cashew nuts !!
