Blueberries Jam by Eileen Tan

125g blueberries ( wash and drain it)
45g sugar
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water

Pour the blueberries, sugar and water into a small pot and boil under a low fire. Keep stiring the mixture for about 10-15mins or once the muxture thicken. Then add in the lemon juice and a quick stir and remove from stove. Done! Store the jam into a container.. once completely cool.. keep in the fridge.

Consume within 2 weeks or earlier.
