Black sesame paste by Lucinda Lau‎

4 tbsps black sesame dry fry. 20gms rice, soaked for 1 hour, 2 cups water Blend rice and sesame with 1 cup water. You can either strain the mixture or not. Pour into a pot with the rest of the water and cook over a slow fire, add in 60gms of sugar, more if you want sweeter. Off fire when mixture boils.
