Steamed prawns with Dangui by Healing Manna

Prawns (I use sea prawns, it tastes much better than those farmed)

• Dom wine 2tsb
• Water 100ml
• Gangui (2 slices)
• Handful of wolf berries (presoaked)

Wash and clean the prawns, and de-vein it. Marinate with a little salt.
Arrange dangui at bottom of Pyrex dish for steaming, followed by prawns and wolfberries on top. Add in DOM and water.
Steam for 5-10 minutes depending on size of prawns and serve immediately.
