Seafood Mui Fan by Zann Teo

Receipe :
Soup base, ikan bilis with yellow bean chicken bones

Sliced pork
Seafood : prawn sotong
Fishcake or fishball at yr preference
Crabmeat stick
Cai xin

Fry garlic with pork till half cook add stock . Let it almost boil add all the ingredients till cook add salt n pepper to taste .
Thicken with cornflour last .
Pour over cooked rice .
