Old Cucumber & Pork Ribs Soup by Nora Leong


Ingredients
- 2 old cucumbles (remove skin and seeds)
- 2 carrots cut into small pieces
- handful of red dates
- handful of wolfberries
- 5-6 dry figs
- $4 pork ribs (blanch in hot water)

Method
- put all ingredients into the inner pot of slow cooker 1/2 filled with warm water
- cook high for an hour and medium for 2 hours
