Mee Goreng Sauce by Maggie Teo


(blend together into paste)
10 Dry chilli
3 onions
4 garlic
1/2 chicken or ikan bilis stock cube
Small pcs belcan

Yellow mee, bean sprouts,vegetables, prawns, sotong and fish cake

Method :
Fry until fragrant, add in prawn, sotong and fish cake. After 5mins add in vegetables a bit of salt.
Add in yellow mee and mix well with the chilli. At last add in bean sprouts.
