250g butter
40g icing sugar
Ingredients B
1 egg yolk
1/4 vanilla essence
Ingredients C
290g plain flour
60 milk powder
40 Parmesan cheese
25g custard powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Mix all ingredients A till creamy
Add in ingredients B and mixed well
Fold in ingredients C mix to form a dough
Leave aside for 20mins
Form small balls with the dough and fill with pineapple filling inside and seal up. Glaze with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20mins till golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool completely before storing.
