Butter cake with raisin cupcake by Cindy Chua‎


Ingredients
150g butter
180g flour
120g sugar
1 teaspoons of vanilla essence
3 egg
1/2 baking power
50 ml milk
Raisin

Method
1) Preheat oven 180°
2) Link cupcake tray with cupcake paper
3) Using electric mixed beat butter with sugar until well combined add in the first egg. Beat well after each addition of egg until creamy.
4) Scrape down the sides for even mixing.
5) Add vanilla essence n mix well
6) Stop mixer and add half flour stir to combine add half milk stir to combine and repeat with the remaining flour n milk.
7) Add Raisin
8) Spoon the mixture into the cupcake tray n bake for 20 mins.
9) Use a cake tester to test if it cooked.
10) Remove it from oven n cool on wire rack.
