Black pepper steak by Eileen Kou‎

Use fist pound on the steak to tenderised it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and leave it for 15 mins in fridge. Put little margarine in skillet with extreme heat to sear the fats of the steak. After 1 min turn down the fire to medium. Steak should be flip after 3-4 mins. On each side. Avoid flipping more than 2 times. After steak done serve in plate....use the juice on the skillet sprinkle some corn flour and bring the juice to thicken. Add some black pepper to it. Serve over steak.
