Sambal Prawns by Margaret Goh



1. Deshell main body of prawns and devein. Keep tails and heads intact.
2. Heat some oil and fry some sliced garlic till fragrant.
3. Put in the prawns and cook till almost cooked.
4. Add the chilli paste (will post photo below in a while).
5. Fry till prawns are fully cooked. (Must not overcook prawns otherwise will become tough).
6. Dish out to serve.
