Sambal KangKong by Christine Tan NonyaKueh


Chop off the roots at the bottom..chop the rest abt 6cm long (so its easier to stir fry and eat later)

Ingredients
Kang kong
Dry shrimps (1 tablespoon) soak in water for 10mins and pat dry..throw the water away
2 tablespoonful of sambal chilli prawn mix (singlong brand)
4 mini chilli..washed and remove seeds. Chop small pieces

Method:
Heat wok
Add 2 tablespoon cooking oil
Add dry shrimps to fry till fragrance
Add in kang kong and stir fry for approximately 10mins
Add in 2 tablespoons of sambal chilli prawn paste and mix well
Throw in the chopped small chilli
Continue to fry well till you see the leaves soften
Off fire and serve hot
