Pulut Inti / Thai mango glutinous rice pudding by Jensie Tan

300g glutinous rice soak over night or 7 hours
100ml thick coconut milk
Sugar (otp)
1/4 salt
3 pic pandan just knotted or cut to two
50ml coconut for topping
Or coconut filling

1) Drain the glutinous rice and steam for 25 mins then 
2) Take out and add in coconut and salt and steam for another 10 mins. Fluff up with fork or chopsticks.
3) The coconut toppings add salt and corn flour and cook for a while and it's complete.
4) Press the coconut into what shape you want and arrange in the desert bowl and sprinkle coconut filling on top and serve with mango
