Lemongrass pepper prawns by Lena Lai





Ingredients in the second pic. 1 sliced lemongrass, 3 tbsp garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper (not in pic), 3 sprigs of curry leaves, some spring onions n cili padi.

Marinate the prawn with 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar n a little salt.

Sauté lemongrass with enough oil, follow by garlic. Put the prawns in (keep the balance marinates). Add in curry leaves n toss the prawns till almost cooked. Add in the balance marinates. Add in spring onions n give a few toss. Dish out n garnish with cili padi. Done.
