Gingko Barley with Bean curd sheet dessert by Jensie Tan


One pkt of bean curd (must but for sweet soup )
5tbs of barley ( can one I buy chicken blend ) ***important )
Two egg ( use egg white but I use all )
20 pic Ginkgo (break the shell n put in suger n let it boil for 20min n put a side )
4pic panden leaf
Rock sugar ( up to ur sweetener I put half pkt)

Boil the water add in Pandan leaf , barley , n let it boil add in bean curd if not want to small don ckeck , for me before put in I make it small n put in
Lei it boil for half n hour add in rock sugar , remove the brown skin for the ginkgo n put in .. Boil 10 min add in egg slowly ,off the fire done
