Brandy Dark Chocolate Truffles by Clarine Lin

400g 70% dark chocolate
1/2 Cup thickened cream
2 tbsp of brandy or rum
A small bowl of Coco Powder

1. Melt the dark chocolate and cream in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir till smooth mixture, add in brandy and mix well.
2. place the mixture in the fridge for 3 to 4 hr till set.
3. Using fruit baller or spoon scoop out a small amount and roll into ball size.. then roll over the coco powder. Enjoy.
