Airfried Chicken wings by Ah Gim

1. Mix 2 tablespoon of dark soya sauce & 1/2 teaspoon sugar & a pinch of salt & 1/2 teaspoon sesame sauce & 1 teaspoon veg oyster sauce & some ginger juice (I smashed it) altogether & marinate 5 chicken wings (wash & cut into half) for a few hours. (Halfway, turn the chicken to the other side so both sides can be well coated.)
2. Preheat the AF at 160 degree for 3 mins.
3. Lay a pc of baking paper on the net or else you will clean like mad later. Put a stand on the paper & place the chicken wings on it. I sprayed some oil on them. AF at 160 degree for 4 mins. Turn the wings over, AF at 160 degree for another 4 mins. Turn the wings back to the original position & AF at 180 degree for another 2 mins (I like my wings a bit burnt.)
4. Enjoy!
PS: It's really good with sambal chili & squeeze some lime juice on them

My family likes to eat less salty food, so if you prefer, you can adjust the marinate to your preference.
I am using Phillips AF, so I do not know if the temp/duration is the same as other brands.
I believe u can do the same with an oven, but the temp/duration may need to increase to achieve the same results.
