Air-fried Char Siew Chicken Wings by Lily Tan

 Ingredients & Marinates:
- 15 mid-joint chicken wings
- Marinates: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn flour, pepper, sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Steps:
1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Use a fork to poke several holes on chicken wings for better absorption of the marinates. Combine chicken with Marinates, mix well. Add Char Siu Sauce and lemon juice, mix well to ensure all evenly coated. Keep in fridge for 4 hrs or longer.

2. Remove chicken wings from fridge 15 minutes before cooking to allow cooling-off.

3. To cook, preheat Airfryer @180 degree for 2 mins (without the Airfryer basket). Lightly oil the basket to prevent sticking; arrange chicken wings and cook @180 degree for 8 mins. (Oven can be used in place of Airfryer). Ready to serve.
