Tomatoes porridge by Clarine Lin

Ingredients
1 cup rice
6 or 7 tomatoes cut
Mince meat marinate with 4 tbsp of light, some sesame oil and pepper

1. Cook the rice until porridge form not too dry make sure there is enough soup, may add some water..
2. Pour in the tomatoes... and cook for another 10 min or till the tomatoes soft
3. Put in the mice meat.. Stir for awhile and let it bring to boil. . Enjoy..
